Greg Silver

Having successfully cultivated several relationships with banks and private equity firms (both local and national) that provide capital infusion, the company's primary focus is the Acquisition, Analysis, and Rendering of Superior Rates of Return of Both Performing and Non-performing Real Estate loans. In addition, Silver Properties has long been regarded as one of the premiere developers of large Custom Spec Homes in Greenwich.

Silver Properties' goal is to acquire Investment-grade Commercial and Residential Real Estate through the purchase of distressed and senior loans. Since 1990, the Silver Properties business model has enabled the company to render outstanding rates of return on past and present project-by-project investments.

Greg started his career in Real Estate development over 25 years ago. He began by performing High-end Commercial Construction projects in Fairfield County and then, in 1994, moved into Residential Development in Greenwich, Connecticut with the purchase of his first Spec Home site on Lower Cross Road. Since then, he has developed several homes ranging from $6 million to $14 million in Greenwich, and several Custom Residential projects. Greg most recently has been creating Distressed Real Estate partnerships to purchase distressed notes from banks, and other Distressed Real Estate assets. This year, Greg closed on a 65 Apartment Portfolio in Port Chester, New York, and has completed the foreclosure and is now selling the assets.

Joseph Lockridge

Joseph R. Lockridge is the Executive Director of Acquisitions for Silver Properties. He is responsible for all phases of the real estate acquisition process.

His other positions have included Director of Legal 1031 Exchange Company, a National Qualified Intermediary for 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. During his time at Legal 1031 he ran the day-to-day operations overseeing that all IRC guidelines were met and in strict conformance to the rules and regulations set forth by the IRS. Prior to his role as a 1031 specialist he was an Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for tracking and maintaining all statistical leasing data for the commercial real estate markets in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Joseph brings over 15 years of varied real estate experience to his role at Silver Properties.
